Please join us in congratulating Raymond Narcho, Assistant General Manager in Boise, on earning his Certified Parking Professional (CPP) designation.
For Raymond, this milestone is more than a title — it represents a meaningful step in a career that started nearly six years ago at The Car Park, driven by a strong desire to learn and grow.
“I’ve been with The Car Park for just shy of six years. This company has truly been my first real opportunity to grow into a career,” Raymond shared. “I didn’t have much professional experience before joining TCP, so earning my CPP is a meaningful step forward.”
Awarded by the National Parking Association, the CPP credential is widely regarded as a benchmark for excellence in the parking industry. It recognizes broad expertise in parking operations, customer service, and best practices, and requires focused study along with passing a rigorous exam.
“This deepens my understanding of our operations and helps me contribute more strategically,” Raymond explained. “It also reflects my commitment to continuing to grow in this position—and I hope to serve as a valuable resource for team members, especially those newer to the industry.”
Raymond’s path at The Car Park has taken him from the front line as a Parking Enforcement Officer (PEO) to a leadership role, shaped by curiosity, collaboration, and a steady commitment to learning. He now serves as Assistant General Manager, a position he’ll celebrate two years in this September.
“I’m always looking for ways to expand my knowledge, strengthen my decision-making, and better support my team,” he added. “This certification is a big part of that.”
Those who’ve worked alongside Raymond have seen that dedication firsthand.
“Raymond’s growth over the past several years has been incredible to watch,” said Dane Lyon, Regional Manager. “He’s worked hard, stepped up as a leader, and truly earned the respect of his team. Earning his CPP is just one more example of his commitment, not only to his own development but to the success of those around him. We’re proud to have him on the team.”
When asked what he enjoys most about his current role, Raymond points to the people he works with.
”The best part of my job is the team,” he said. “I’m fortunate to be in an environment where I can lean on my management team—Julian and Dane—for support and collaboration across departments. That kind of teamwork makes a big difference.”
Outside of work, Raymond enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants—especially when it involves discovering hidden foodie gems. That balance keeps him energized and focused throughout the week.
We’re proud to support team members like Raymond, who lead with integrity, invest in growth, and help shape the future of the parking industry. His CPP achievement strengthens not only his career but also our mission: connecting people to destinations through dependable, forward-thinking service.
